Tournament arc 1

the tournament for IP rights of the card game will have multiple phases in order to embrace all aspects of the card game out of respect of the late creator. 

Phase 1 - the elimination phase. there are many tournament participants but only one can win the whole tournament, there will be 1 against 1 Best of 3 duels until the number of participants whittles down a bit

Phase 2 - the selection phase. the best performers during the elimination phase are elected as team captains and may select anyone willing to join their team (the team has X amount of players, where X is the number of people playing the game besides the GM). if 2 team captains wish to join each other they may, and a new captain will be selected. There will be a break before and after the selection phase to account for players having Jobs and Lives.

Phase 3 - the Team Battle phase. 

Phase 4 - Final elemenation phase. the final few teams who won will be shuffled into a tournament bracket, the winner will get the prize money and the challenge to duel Professor Lars's Widow for the IP rights, design notes, and mansion.

Phase 5- the Final duel, 1 v 1, best of 1, final duel with more life points, larger deck size, and perhaps some special rule's. fought between the champ and the widow
