Spawn Town

The seed being used has a big town spawned in the middle of 4 rivers. From these rivers, a large amount of biomes are reachable. As usual, there is a light rule that everyone will build in the same area. In the town, on the outskirts of the town, or up and down the river itself in any of the 4 directions is a good bet. There are also large boats, so putting your house just down the river of the town would also allow you to do river travel easier. Just don't go too far and hide from the world!
